Welcome to Miovision’s redesigned Knowledge Base!  Here you can find help resources on all Miovision products, with new content contributed regularly by our Support Specialists. Last summer we asked for your feedback in efforts to improve the way we support you.  We were pleased to receive many responses, and we have done our best to reflect your ratings and comments in these improvements!

Features

Now equipped with a live search, matches appear as search terms are entered and continue to filter as you type.  This lets you immediately view results as broad, or as narrow as you like.  Finding what you need has never been easier!  

Architecture Overhaul

Content has been reorganized to make it more intuitive:

  • Search is front and center, and available from any screen
  • Categories are clearly defined and easier to navigate
  • Popular Articles  are featured on the home screen  
  • Related Articles are listed in each article to guide you to the most relevant content
  • Announcements have a dedicated space where you can view product Release Notes, details on Knowledge Base updates and Customer Support information

Miovision Customer Support has gone social!  Follow and interact with us on Twitter for the latest news, and time-saving tips and tools.

Fully Localized in French and German

The site is now fully localized in French and German, and all content relevant to your region is  available in these languages!  This also means you can successfully search using French or German terms.
